This legal notice identifies the organisation responsible for digicap.eu and sets out the terms under which the site is made available to the public.

Purpose of the site
The website communicates the activities, results and public deliverables of the DIGICAP project. It is informational. It does not sell goods or services and does not provide regulatory, legal or medical advice.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise next to a specific item, the text, images, graphics and layout of this site are the intellectual property of the DIGICAP consortium and are made available for non-commercial use with attribution. Reuse for other purposes requires prior written permission.
- Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used with permission for the purposes of presenting the consortium.
- The European Union flag and the European Commission emblem are in the public domain; their use here follows the European Commission’s visual identity guidelines.
- Photographs credited to third parties remain the property of the named author and are used under the corresponding licence.
The open-source software and specifications developed by the DIGICAP project are published in a public GitHub repository under permissive open-source licences. The repository address will be announced once the first public release is made: [TO CONFIRM repo URL].

The information on this site is provided in good faith and “as is”. DIGICAP is a research and coordination project; its outputs are intended to inform discussion and to support a future common framework, not to substitute for the official regulatory texts, guidance from competent authorities, or the judgement of qualified professionals. The publisher accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of content found here, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
